In memory of long-time member, Doreen Sutherland, the purpose of this gift is to encourage women to pursue careers in sport and exercise by providing an award to a female-identifying student in good standing studying in any sport and exercise programming in the School of Health Sciences and Human Services. Preference will be given to an Indigenous female-identifying student whenever possible.
