One Semester International ESL Studies (IES) program offers you an excellent opportunity to improve your English language skills in a supportive Canadian college environment without committing to a full credential program. This short-term program lasts 4 months (14 weeks of instruction) and is offered three times a year - starting in September, January, and May.
Who is this program for?
This short-term program is designed for international students to develop their English language skills. Please note the following:
- This program does not award a formal credential upon completion
- The language proficiency level gained may not meet the English 12 prerequisites or equivalents required by some post-secondary programs
- For most college-level program entry requirements, we recommend our English for Academic Purposes Certificate program, which is specifically designed to prepare you for academic studies.
